1. Can I look at the sample or prototype freely before placing bulk order?

Surely you can! A sample is created for testing purposes only. So you can test the prototype as much as you can. Not only will this but the Sampling fee be refunded 100% after the bulk order is made.

2. How long it takes for the sample/prototype to be delivered?

For a complicated product we take maximum 3 working days, but for a simple product, 1 day is also sufficient.

3. Do you have Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Normally we have a MOQ of 50 pieces, but we can accept an order of less than 50pcs if the unit price is slightly higher than our average range. There is a direct relationship between the number of pieces and the deal you receive per-unit price of the product.

4. Can you arrange the direct-to-door delivery?

Surely we can! We have our transporter that can arrange shipping in different ways to different addresses according to the request made by you.

5. Do you offer after-sales service?

A definite Yes!! We know how difficult it can be sometimes to get a hold of a supplier once the sale is done. We on the other hand believe that after sales, a new relationship takes birth. Although our product goes under heavy quality check, If you still find any problem, we will be happy to help you.     Warranty

    AP Acrylic Co. provides you with ONE YEAR after-sales service on ALL acrylic products created by us under your possession. Free replacements can be made within the warranty period if there are any unfortunate quality issues.
